This café makes stressful Mondays just a little better

Do you lack passion and motivation on Monday morning?  Everyone dreads a bad case of the Mondays  because obviously, it is the time when they return to work or school after the weekend. If you’re feeling the Monday blues, this brunch café just might be the solution you need.

Love Monday Café describes itself as a SoCal style dining spot with an Asian vibe, inspired by travels from Seoul to Saigon. It serves breakfast, brunch, and breakfast for dinner. Its aesthetic is as millennial and hipster as it can be: minimal designs with standout details, pots and wooden chopping boards are used to serve the dishes, and drinks are completely Instagrammable. But rest assured that the food tastes just as good as it looks. It’s definitely not one of those cafés that are “just pretty.” You’ll find yourself warming up to their waffles served on a stick and drizzled with different kinds of fruits, toppings, whipped cream, and syrup. You’ll be reminded of mom’s cooking as most of the rice meals are traditional, well-loved Filipino dishes, but if you’re craving for other types of cuisines, you can order ramen, burger, or pasta. Plus, the café serves one of the best and most perfect sunny side up eggs in town!
